Seated Leg Curl

Seated Leg Curl

Seated Leg Curl Machine
Execution:
Adjust the machine so that your knees are in line with the rotating cams. Sit with the highest pad securely locking your legs in place against the seat and with the lower pad resting on your lower legs just above your feet.

Grasp onto the handles for support, and curl the weight as far down as you can. Pause briefly, and raise the weight back up until your legs are just short of being fully extended in front of you, and repeat.
Tips:
- Rather than fully extending your legs in the top position, stop just short as this will keep maximum tension on the hamstrings throughout the entire exercise.
