Welcome to the BTB Video Exercise Database. In this module you'll learn how to execute over 100 of the most effective weight training exercises by viewing the proper form, targeted muscles, equipment needed, as well as additional tips to maximize the effectiveness of each lift and prevent injuries.

Keep in mind that there are literally thousands of different movements that could be performed as part of an effective workout plan, and this database has been specifically created to cover all of the exercises included in The No-Fail Workout Plan as well as my Body Part Specialization Programs.
